FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is an economical choice for applications requiring chemical resistance in combination with broad temperature exposure. The non-stick characteristics of fluoropolymer resin, combined with their low extractable levels and chemically inert nature makes PFA ideal for automotive, electronics, food and beverage, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications. PTFE tubing has the broadest temperature range of any fluoropolymer and can resist highly corrosive liquids and gases even at elevated temperatures. PVDF (Kynar-Flex®) is an abrasion resistant fluoropolymer acceptable for use in applications requiring chemical resistance and low permeability.
